1. Use of the Service
By using CloudClips, you confirm that you meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You agree not to misuse the service or violate any laws.
- You will not attempt to hack, decompile, or disrupt the platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Report unauthorized access to us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts violating these Terms.
3. Subscription & Payments
CloudClips offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree that:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24h before the period ends.
- Prices may change with prior notice.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case based on applicable laws.
All payments are managed securely through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of your screenshots, files, and data.
By using the App, you grant us permission to:
- Store and process your content securely.
- Generate metadata (e.g., AI tags, summaries).
- Display content to you within the App’s features.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. AI Processing
Our AI features analyze your data to provide functionality such as:
OCR extraction
Image understanding
Translation
Smart collections
Note: We do not use your content for training external AI models.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree strictly not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Share copyrighted materials without permission.
- Attack or disrupt the service infrastructure.
- Use the platform for harassment or fraud.
7. Availability & Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime without interruptions.
- Error-free functionality at all times.
- Data recovery after local deletion by the user.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudClips is not liable for:
- Lost data, revenue, profits, or consequential damages.
- Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms.
- Pose security risks to other users.
- Fail to pay subscription fees.
You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany (or your region), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
