How secure are my screenshots in the cloud?
Your data is transmitted with end-to-end encryption (AES-256) and stored on German servers. No one except you has access to your content unless you actively share it via link.
Can I use CloudClips offline?
Yes! You can capture and edit screenshots even without an internet connection. They are stored locally and automatically synchronized once you're back online.
Which devices are supported?
CloudClips is available as a native app for Windows and macOS. Additionally, a web version provides access to your library from any browser (including mobile/Linux).
How does the AI text recognition (OCR) work?
Our AI scans the image content in milliseconds and converts text in the image into copyable text. It works for over 50 languages and even handwriting.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Of course. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a click in the settings, effective at the end of the billing period. No deadlines, no stress.
What happens to my screenshots if I cancel?
Your data remains intact! You will be reverted to the Free Plan. If you exceed the storage limit, no existing images are deleted - you simply cannot upload new ones until you free up space.
Are there team or business plans?
